Booking terms and conditions

Please note that the reception is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Please note that weekly housekeeping is available for stays of 7 nights or more. Housekeeping is not available on weekends and holidays.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Smoking is not allowed.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

A possible extension of your reservation must be made before the check-out of your initial reservation. It is your responsibility to contact reception.

A new deposit may be requested following an extension of your reservation, if the previous deposit was retained by our establishment, see the cases below.

Our establisgment gives itself the right to keep the guarantee in the following cases :

  • Degradation of furniture, apartment or in the building in general (also disturbances, ex : noises)
  • No smoking in flats, odors in the flat, ashes or visible traces.
  • Presence of animals in the apartment (accces permission by the establishment only)
  • Locksmith costs in the event of loss of key or badge, or if the key is not hander over on time (for check-out).
  • In the event of not respecting the check-out time whitout warning the reception, even for a reservation extension.
  • The guarantee can also be withjdrawn if we consider that the apartmnet is left in a very dirty state and that a deep cleaning will necessary. The cleanliness of the dishes, the fridge, towels, bed linen and other equipment are the responsibility of the guest.

The amounts and percentages of the conditions below are to be paid by customers in the event of cancellation. 

Terms and conditions (individual booking)

  • Less than 72 hrs before date of arrival: the whole reserved period will be charged
  • No domiciliation possible in our apartments.
  • Our establishment does not make a refund in the event of cancellation of a paid reservation.

All our conditions are valid for online reservations on our website, by phone or by email and for any type of flat.

By booking, via the website, by phone or by email, the customer accepts all the above conditions.
